Dampers are manufactured and supplied in various types
such as Single Flap Damper, Dividing Damper, Throttling
Dampers, Orifice Damper, Butterfly Damper, Multilouvre
Damper etc. for material as well as hot gases.

Two way diverter valves and three way diverter valves are manufactured in mild steel stainless steel of 304, 309, 310, 316 construction. Either manually operated or motorised operated diverter valves are available as per requirement of customer.

Rotary air lock is volumetric feeder used for feeding Material to where air leakage is to be avoided. The areas of application are inlet to screw feeder, Bin extraction, silo extraction, screw pump inlet, VRM inlet and dust collector outlet.

Dividing Gate is used to feed the material in a proportioning rate into two
streams. This is a robust construction gate with reliable dividing capacity.
An inverted Cone having discharge opening is driven by a Motor. The
Rotary motion is controlled by limit switches / proximity switches so as to
accurately control the position of the gate. For pre-heater application
refractory lining is provided for controlled feeding of Raw meal.

This is similar in construction to Dividing gate except that the movement is restricted to 180°, so that the material can be delivered is either one of the streams.
These are reliable, dust proof and less maintenance oriented equipments which are suitable for any application. This can be also used with suitable refractory lining for changeover between calciner stream and pre-heater stream.

This equipment is used in places where high amount of dust accumulation is anticipated and counter flow of air is not desired.
The control of fine or granular materials through a chute is achieved by means of the flap valve. It prevents both pressure loss and the heat transfer between the compartment and atmosphere using the trapped material as the medium of sealing. These are operated by means of counter weight, pneumatic cylinders or geared motors.
