Rotary air lock is a volumetric feeder used for material feeding application to avoid air leakage from the process. The areas of application are inlet to screw feeder, Bin extraction, silo extraction, screw pump inlet, VRM inlet and dust collector outlet.
Essentially these are precision machined rotor units with replaceable sealing blades. The capacity usually ranges from 5 TPH to 500 TPH.
We have supplied as big as 1800 mm diameter size of Rotary air lock.
