We undertake complete design, engineering, manufacturing & supply of Clinker silo storage and extraction system.
Normally clinker silo has conical roof with central feeding arrangement. The flat bottom of silo is provided with several discharge opening ranging from 6 to 12 Nos. depending on silo diameter and clinker storage capacity. Specially designed silo discharge unit consists of rod gate & motorized proportioning sector gate in wear resistant material construction. One set of silo discharge unit is provided for each outlet for discharge of clinker on the belt/deep pan conveyor in required control quantity. The sector gate has specially designed adjustment plate for controlling the discharge of clinker on to the conveyor.
